A Glass of Milk a Day Keeps the Hunger at Bay!

Research by Scientists at the University of Western Australia claim that drinking a glass of milk in the morning can help reduce hunger.

The scientists found that people who drank milk in the morning ate approximately nine per cent less for lunch! They believe that the protein and lactose in milk together with the thickness will help dieters to feel fuller therefore not reaching for those mid morning snacks.
