We have membership options for all of our clubs; The Retreat, Bexley, and Sittingbourne.

You are welcome to purchase a day pass to any of our clubs. The full amount will be refunded if you decided to join us as a member on the day of your visit.

Yes, membership can be frozen due to ill health, when supported by a letter from your GP or hospital consultant.
In writing or by email. Please call our team for more assistance.
Discounts are available for the 3 emergency services and NHS staff on presentation of your staff card.
We also run occasional promotions. Ask in club for more information.
Reynolds Fitness Spa is an over 18s club. However 16 and 17 year olds are welcome as long as accompanied by adult members at all times.
This is a massage only membership which allows you to have one massage per month at a discounted price. It excludes use of the facilities.
There is a 24 hour notice period to cancel or change beauty treatments, if within 24 hours a 50% charge will be incurred.
Spa packages require 72 hours’ notice for changes or cancellation.
In the event that a client does not make their appointment time all fees relating to the treatment will be required to be paid in full.
There are beautiful swimming pools at the Retreat, Bexley and Sittingbourne clubs.
Swimming is available all day at both sites apart from when the Aqua class is on. The Aqua classes for Sittingbourne and Bexley can be found on the clubs specific timetables.
Yes. All of our clubs have complimentary WIFI for members and guests.
We have car parks at all of our clubs, but at busy periods there is overflow available at Bexley and Sittingbourne. For Bexley you can use the NHS car park next door from 6pm – 10pm weeknights and also 8am – 5pm at the weekend. At Sittingbourne you can use the Wickes car park just down the road from the morning until 7pm weekdays, and then 8am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
All of our clubs provide lockers in the changing area.
When you join us as part of your membership you receive 2 hours with a personal trainer. You can use this time to have your trainer show you how to use the equipment, and explain the benefits this provides.
We do not provide towels, however we do offer towels to purchase, and of course you are welcome to bring your own.
Members can book classes up to 4 days in advance online via the Reynolds APP, on the memberzone, or 3 days in advance by telephone or at your clubs reception.
When you lose your Member Zone login, call your club and speak to a member of staff as they will be able to tell you your login details.
Non members can book treatments at the clubs but the spa can only be used by having purchased any day pass/ spa day or promotional offer.

We would recommend wearing gym clothing that you feel comfortable in when coming down to the club, T shirt and tracksuit bottoms are fine.
Raising your body temperature quickly and then lowering it slowly will promote relaxation and deep sleep, once you try this you will never look back, sweet dreams!
We would recommend cardio workouts, use of the thermal spa treatments and a relaxing spa massage – either an aromatherapy or hot stones should do the trick.
We serve light lunch such as sandwiches and jacket potatoes at our fitness spas.
At Reynolds Retreat we have a bar menu with options such as burgers, pasta and plenty of vegan options.
Guest passes are available for purchase at all clubs.
