Recover in our Spa facilities that include a sauna, steam room, ice bath, pool, whirlpool, foot baths, ice machine, loungers and a dedicated relaxation room!

We have four treatment rooms designed to soothe the senses with heated treatment beds, ambient lighting and soft relaxing music. Every detail is made to help you feel calm, centred and rebalanced.

Hot desks are available for members to use inclusive of membership, allowing a seamless flow between work, gym and spa.

Our pool offers the perfect place to relax OR exercise and is complete with a whirlpool that features underwater seating and massagers!
