Important members update

Dear Members,

I would like to start off by thanking you all for your continued support throughout this year as we try to navigate ourselves through these unprecedented times.

Our clubs’ Reception, Head Office and Customer Service Teams will return on Tuesday 29th December. For the period of closure your membership will be suspended at 25% of your full fee. Please do NOT cancel your direct debit as this will cause problems on your membership going forward.

Your reimbursement for any overpayment in December can be either:·

  • A membership for the period closed for a member of your household.
  • A monetary voucher for the period closed that can be used against any transaction including full membership payments, spa vouchers, treatments and personal training.

We are eagerly awaiting the UK Government update on 30th December, whereby we are hoping for confirmation Indoor Gyms can re-open. Should we be enforced to close into January an additional reimbursement will be made.

Don’t forget that our Head MyZone Coach Dan will be running a live workout on Reynolds Remote on Boxing Day at 10am, perfect for burning off some of those Christmas calories. Come join in the fun!

We are also excited to be officially launching our very own Reynolds App on Boxing Day. We will email you on the day with all the information you need to get connected and involved with our online community.
