Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value
Voucher number must be declared at time of booking and presented on the day of redemption.
Cancellation of purchase will only be permitted within and including 14 days
Can only be redeemed on Treatments and Spa Days
Vouchers will be conceded as per our cancellation policy for any no shows or cancellations.
Gift voucher recipient must be 18 years of age or older. Any vouchers bought for someone under 18 years old will not be refunded, but will be transferred.
Purchasing a voucher online doesn't guarantee a date and time for a spa day. Refunds won't be permitted due to a lack of availability.
An additional £10 upgrade fee per person will be required if booking in your voucher on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
