IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR MEMBERSHIP

Following the Government announcement on Saturday 19th December of a Tier 4 lockdown, our clubs are now closed for an anticipated short period.

Our Reynolds Remote Classes and Members App are available to all members. Many of you have already been accessing these and we have had great feedback. To access the classes please click HERE. For an online class timetable click HERE.

For the period of closure your membership will be suspended at 25% of your fee. Please do NOT cancel your direct debit as this will cause problems on your membership going forward.

Your reimbursement for any overpayment can be either:

–  A membership for the period closed for a member of your household.·

–  A monetary voucher for the period closed that can be used against any transaction including full membership payments, spa vouchers, treatments and personal training.
