If your’re fed up with your “moobs” (man boobs) then try this super chest workout to firm up your chest!
Make sure you have warmed up properly before starting exercise.
Start off with the chest press (either on the resistance machine or using free weights) perform 10 reps.
Then go into press ups, perform 10 of these with your feet elevated on a swiss ball – ths will automatically activate your core muscles.
Then perform 10 chest flies lying on the bench.
Then x-overs on the cables – perform 10 of these too.
Repeat 3 times.
Remember to stretch out your chest when you are finished.
