One of our amazing Personal Trainers – Harris – took part in an incredible charity run on Friday 5th March, raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
Harris and his friend Tom ran a total of 48 miles, running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Moving south-eastward across the North Downs Way all the way to the white cliffs of Dover, the boys carried everything that they needed to sleep and eat along the way, foregoing modern navigational aids like Google Maps in favour of a trusty old OS Map and compass.
