How to lower your blood pressure and keep your heart healthy naturally!

Regular Exercise such as walking, running and cycling. Taking regular exercise can even reduce your need for blood pressure medication. Try not to overdo it too quickly! Why not try Tai Chi? Like Yoga, Tai Chi gives great benefits for your nervious system.

Eat More Bananas Bananas are high in potassium which is great for reducing blood pressure. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables in general. Good examples include lettuce, spinach, cabbage, broccoli and citrus fruits. Combine this with exercise and you will see a more significant improvement.

Folic Acid This is higly beneficial, particularly amongst younger women. 1 mg of folic acid a day lowered the risk of hypertension in young women by 46% and in older women by 18%.

Carrot Juice Try to drink carrot juice, it helps to clean out your arteries.

Dark Chocolate can help to lower your blood pressure because of the high content of cocoa, try dark chocolate with a high content of about 80% or more. Limit yourself to a few square a day!
