I have been a member at Reynolds Sittingbourne for around four and half months. I originally joined because I had put on weight and felt very uncomfortable, I was ready to change my life.

After my first consultation with Amy, I weighed in at 81 kg, dress size 16 and my body fat percentage was 39.4%.

She gave me a bespoke program and also put together a nutrition plan for me to follow which I found very helpful.

I was dedicated, coming 4 -5 days a week and watching my nutrition.
My program consisted of cardio circuits and Amy showed me a circuit method for the Power Plates and incorporated strength work into my training.

I kept up my PTR appointments and stuck to my training and nutrition plan. At my last PTR appointment in November, I weighed 61kg am a dress size 12 and reduced my body fat to 29%.

I am delighted with my progress and the support I have received has been outstanding.

Not at any time have I been left to just get on with it like I had experienced at my previous gym and I really enjoy my training.

It’s great when people comment on how much weight I have lost and ask “how did you do it?” Now, one of the most important things for me is to maintain my new figure.

I feel confident knowing I have the support of my friends at Reynolds, and know I that whenever I need a helping hand, they will be there for me.

Without question, I would recommend joining. Amy and the team will help you achieve your goals and it’s a great feeling.
