If you manage to complete all 18 holes, you will be entered into a draw to win one month of your membership free! Plus, there are guest passes to be won and a free smoothie guaranteed to everyone who completes the challenge! Pick up your sheet at Reception today.

We are excited to announce that we’ll soon be launching a brand new Wellness Centre at our site in Rainham, Medway. Staying true to the Reynolds motto of “the greatest wealth is health”, Reynolds Wellness will host a variety of medical professionals, such as nutritionists, mental health experts and holistic practitioners. These practitioners will also be available to visit across our other sites (Retreat, Bexley and Sittingbourne). Reynolds Wellness will also have an onsite PT studio, HIIT studio and spa, helping our customers get overall wellness. Our overall aim? To build a community of knowledgeable, self-confident and happy people in Kent.

Bamboo still symbolizes life, energy, prosperity, longevity and fertility in these cultures, and today it’s making an impressive comeback as a massage tool across the world.

Similar to every other form of massage, there are quite a few physical and mental benefits to the Bamboo Massage. On a basic level it can produce a deep sense of relaxation and well-being, and help to reduce or eliminate the stress of everyday life and relieve muscle pain. Sounds good, right?

In addition to promoting overall good health, there are a few other ways that the Bamboo Massage can help with specific health problems These include:

  • Stimulating blood circulation
