Considering the many therapeutic benefits of a Bamboo Massage, it’s surprising that it isn’t more readily found in spas. Bamboo was considered a powerful healing tool in ancient China, Japan and Indonesia. Bamboo still symbolizes life, energy, prosperity, longevity and fertility in these cultures, and today it’s making an impressive comeback as a massage tool across the world.
Similar to every other form of massage, there are quite a few physical and mental benefits to the Bamboo Massage. On a basic level it can produce a deep sense of relaxation and well-being, and help to reduce or eliminate the stress of everyday life and relieve muscle pain. Sounds good, right?
In addition to promoting overall good health, there are a few other ways that the Bamboo Massage can help with specific health problems These include:
- Stimulating blood circulation
- Helping to relieve arthritic pain, particularly in the neck and shoulders
- Improving nervous system functions and sensory nerve perception
- Improving quality of sleep and helping insomnia
- Stimulating cellular activity to repair and nourish the skin
- Increasing joint and muscle flexibility
- Aiding with weight loss by breaking down fat cells
So why not try a Bamboo Massage at Reynolds and see the results for yourself!
