Retreat February Update

We have an exciting update on the build progress of our Retreat this month.

Our woodland workout has been completed and is raring to go! The workout is an outside boot camp adventure in our grounds, designed to inspire and get you fit whilst surrounded by a beautiful woodland setting.

Our woodland workout is not all we will have to offer though. Enjoy our fully-equipped gym which includes the unique ‘Virtual Active’ system, allowing you to choose from dozens of locations around the world in which to train, Ultra Series weight stations and free weights, a complete core training studio with TRX suspension training and a Kinesis® One functional trainer, Freedom climbing wall, spin and aerobic studios and our swimming pool.

If you need a rest from exercising, you can visit the spa area to recover and simply enjoy a variety of water massages in our warm hydrotherapy pool. You can also relax with a gentle foot massage in the aroma foot spas or invigorate the senses in the tropical monsoon showers, unwind in the steam room and sauna with spectacular views over the valley.

We also offer a wide selection of the latest spa treatments, so perhaps you would like to treat yourself to a massage, facial or both – why not, especially if you are on our ‘Treat & Tone’ Membership!

It doesn’t end there, you can also invite friends and family over to your club for afternoon tea or even dinner at our fine dining restaurant The Waterleaf, where our Chef Director is celebrity chef Mark Sargeant. More about Mark, the Waterleaf restaurant and bar coming very soon.
