There’s nothing quite as a fun and challenging as a Group Exercise Class, and we offer a wide variety of classes for all levels of fitness. Our timetable has all the classics such as Yoga, Pilates, Aqua, and Keiser Cycling, as well as our very own REMiiT classes – designed to really challenge you.
We’ve recently added some fantastic new classes to our timetable to offer even more variety, plus more of the classes you love!
At the Retreat we have introduced REMiiT Circuits – a fun, fast-paced circuit style session. Additionally, we have added more Boxing Circuits classes.
