Since 2015, I have progressed from a Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy student at Reynolds Training Academy to my current role as Spa Impact Manager. Over my six-year career at Reynolds Retreat, I have advanced through senior and head therapist positions, gaining specialised training in Decleor, Caudalie, and Wellness for Cancer. Today, I support head therapists across three sites to ensure operational excellence. I am keen to continue my professional growth within the company’s supportive environment.

Stephanie Perella

Since 2020, I have progressed through NVQ Levels 2, 3, and 4 in Beauty Therapy. I am now a full-time therapist at Reynolds Retreat, where I specialise in massage and treating muscular issues. Having recently completed Caudalie skincare training, I am eager to further my career at Reynolds and aim to study sports massage in the coming years.

Anna Slater

After completing my Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy training, I joined The Reynolds Retreat in 2023. I specialise in treating skin and muscular concerns, particularly enjoying the visible results of facials and creating bespoke homecare plans. I’m eager to start my Caudalie training and aim to progress into a senior role to learn the operational side of the business.
