Book A Fitness Class
You can book classes up to three days in advance at Bexley, Rainham and Sittingbourne. *
* If you are on the reserve list please ring or check at the desk half an hour before the class to confirm spaces available for you.

Body Balance
A dynamic, fitness to music programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed, Body Balance combines the best of eastern disciplines, like Yoga and Tai Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates and Feldenkrais.
Body Combat
A martial arts based, adrenalin-pumping class is a great way to stay fit, build co-ordination and agility as well as getting rid of all your pent up energy and tensions.
Body Pump
A resistance workout that will improve muscle definition and strength, using a specially designed barbell system incorporating weights into a prechoreographed athletic workout.
Mind and body
Mind and body classes are an excellent way to achieve a great balance between your mental and physical fitness. Classes include:
Yoga
Achieve body and mind harmony, focus, strength and control
Tai Chi
Either way, the slow and fluid movements of tai chi require concentration, control, co-ordination and balance. This combination of mental and physical activity works to harmonise the mind, body and spirit and promotes feelings of wellbeing.
Cardio
Cardio classes burn fat, torch calories and help you look great faster. Classes include:
Keiser
Stationary bikes take you through a variety of intensities by changing gears, sprinting or climbing hills. A great fat burner.
Combat

Zumba
Zumba is one of the most popular classes at our three Kent based gyms. Combining hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves Zumba creates a one-of-a-kind fitness programme.
Circuits
Work at your own personal level, combining cardio and strength training.
Boxercise
Learn punching drills and techniques in this no frills workout focusing on skill and technique using punch bags, speed balls, gloves, shields, medicine balls and ropes.
Conditioning
Combines a dynamic aerobic warm up followed by strength and endurance exercises using both your own body weight and hand weights which varies in intensity according to the class. Classes include:
Pump
Challenges and strengthen all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses and curls working on tone and weight loss.
Tums & Bums
Using various combinations of body sculpting exercises, this class focuses on the named body parts.
ViPR™
Bridging the gap between movement and strength ViPR is a truly functional, whole-body training tool. Pronounced “viper” it stands for Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning. It provides an effective whole-body workout and builds muscle and burns calories through strength and movement training. So come on all you guys who have never set foot in the studio for a class – This one’s for you! No musical co-ordination required!!
Active 50
Low impact group fitness that lets you choose just how hard you exercise. Whatever your fitness level, this simple fun class will leave you feeling thoroughly rejuvenated and buzzing with energy.
Shape up
For those of you new to exercise or returning after a long break, ease yourself in gently. Join us in the Pool, the Gym and the Studio for a full variety exercises designed just for you. With like minded people, don’t be afraid to come and join in the fun.
Core ball
Focus on strength, body alignment and balance, developing your core stability muscles to aid balance, coordination and posture.

Aqua and Circuits
A fun workout to music in the swimming pool concentrating on muscle tone and fitness. A great choice for non swimmers pre/post natal and those with joint problems or injuries.

Pilates
Pilates is another extremley popular class at our Kent based Gyms. Working on a mat or with equipment, Pilates exercises your lower back and abdominals, improving posture and tone through lengthening, strengthening and stretching exercises.
Core stability
Helping you to use your abdominal muscles to improve your posture and strength, we will inspire you with the latest exercises and innovative equipment such as Pilates balls.
