Studios

Two large holistic studio spaces available for use outside of class scheduling. We also have a cycle studio and a functional training zone which you are welcome to use outside of class times!

Recovery Zone

A dedicated space for mobility, core training and stretch.

Cardiovascular Suite

We offer a classic range of treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, stair climbers and functional cardio kit. Our equipment has a large range of programmes, in screen entertainment and games to keep you working out for longer.

Free Weights & Strength

Our Technogym free-weights area is designed to cover a full body strength and conditioning workout! We have a squat rack, smith machine, dumbbells up to 40kg, alongside our plate loaded machines.

Resistance Machines

Our resistance machines are designed to build strength and muscle in a simple, user-friendly set up. We have a wide range of machines to target all major muscle groups, ensuring a well-rounded workout.

Functional Training

Discover our range of functional cardio - such as ski erg, rowing machines, boxing bag, sled and assault bike. For those wanting to use weights, we have a range of different kits such as our sled, kettlebells, core bags and more.

Track your progress

Our Fitness Hubs and Seca Composition Scales take guess work out of your training and allow us to give you the best possible guidance.

Your Personal Trainer will track your progress and make necessary changes to your sessions to keep you progressing, improve mobility,
fight imbalances and get results.

App Integration

Personal Training

Our bespoke personal training experience is your first step towards a healthier, stronger you. We offer two initial sessions with your personal trainer and then one session a month included within your membership.

What to Expect

  • Two initial sessions with a PT are to understand your goals and get you set for success. The personal trainer will use state of the art composition scales to do optional measurements such as the client’s weight, body fat, muscle mass, and hydration etc.
  • Your personal trainer will also create a personalised training plan, set realistic goals, track progress over time, and adjust the programme to help the client improve their fitness, strength, and overall wellbeing.
  • Continuous support with a monthly personal training session included in membership, with additional sessions available upon request.

Holistic Classes

Strength Classes

Strength training is important for all ages, helping us preserve bone density, increase body awareness, reduce risk of sarcopenia, increase metabolism and more! We currently offer three variations of strength classes:

Barz - barbell based
Build & Burn - dumbbell & barbell based
Strong - 12 week progressive weights program

Combat Classes

Join us for a stress relieving workout with our bespoke Boxing Circuits class.

This is a mix of conditioning pad work and shadow boxing to improve fitness strength and boxing technique. This is taught by one of our specialist in-house trainers that have dedicated years to sports such as Muay Thai , Boxing & Kick boxing.

Cycle Classes

Group cycle is great for those looking to increase cardiovascular fitness, endurance, fast twitch muscle fibres and VO2 Max.

We offer 30 and 45 minute cycle classes, great for those wanting an efficient cardio workout.

Toning Classes

Toning classes are our high repetition classes that will get you feeling the burn. This selection of classes are great for muscular endurance, creating length and strength in your major muscle groups. Our classes include:

Dance Classes

Get moving with our high energy dance and zumba workouts! These fun music driven classes improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination and even memory.

Designed with the cushioning power of water, these classes enhance flexibility, mobility, strength, muscle tone, and cardiovascular fitness, all while reducing impact on the joints.

Signature Classes

Our Signature classes are led by our in-house personal training team. Combining HIIT, strength, endurance, and core work, these sessions improve overall fitness, increase metabolism, enhance muscular strength, boost cardiovascular health, and help improve posture and stability.
