Yes, spa treatments are available to non-members. Please note that members benefit from discounts on all spa days and treatments.

Can non-members use the restaurant?
Yes our restaurant, The Waterleaf, is open to non- members. Please click here to learn more about our restaurant. Please note members benefit from 20% off all food and drink.
Do you offer day passes for non-members to use the facilities?
Yes we offer day passes. Please call our reception on 01732446050 to learn more, or pop in and someone at reception can help you with a day pass for the same day.
Are there any hidden costs once I become a member?

Can I use all of the fitness spa locations as a member of the retreat?
As a member of the retreat, you automatically get access to all of our locations at no extra cost. We have fitness spas in Sevenoaks, Bexley and Sittingbourne.
