Meet our head chef David
"I grew up in a very loving family. My mother is a home baker and was my inspiration to cook as she does the best cheese straws and wonderful cakes!
Myself and my two siblings were brought up around nature so cooking with the seasons is what I love to do. Foraging for wild garlic through spring and using it in pesto, soups and flavoured breads is a cooking highlight of the year along with humble autumn harvest vegetables.
I have been working at Reynolds for over three years and love my job. The team I work with are very supportive and care deeply about what we produce. We do what we can for our guests, from catering to dietary needs to making extra cakes for our members to take home upon request.”
