Free Weights & Strength

Our Matrix free-weights area is designed to cover a full body strength and conditioning workout! We have a squat rack and deadlift platform, bench press, dumbbells up to 40kg and multiple plate-loaded machines.

Resistance Machines

Our resistance machines are designed to build strength and muscle in a simple, user-friendly set up. We have a wide range of machines to target all major muscle groups, ensuring a well rounded workout.

Our Fitness Hubs and Seca Composition Scales take guess work out of your training and allow us to give you the best possible guidance.

Personal Training

Our bespoke personal training experience is your first step towards a healthier, stronger you. We offer two initial sessions with your personal trainer and then one session a month included within your membership.

What to Expect

  • Two initial sessions with a PT are to understand your goals and get you set for success. The personal trainer will use state of the art composition scales to do optional measurements such as the client’s weight, body fat, muscle mass, and hydration etc.
  • Your personal trainer will also create a personalised training plan, set realistic goals, track progress over time, and adjust the programme to help the client improve their fitness, strength, and overall wellbeing.
  • Continuous support with a monthly personal training session
    included in membership, with additional sessions available upon
    request.

Strength classes

Strength training plays a vital role in healthy ageing and performance. It supports bone strength, builds lean muscle, enhances posture and coordination, and increases metabolic efficiency. Discover our classes:

Combat classes

Boxing circuits is a fantastic cardio and strength workout. This class is a mix of conditioning, padwork and shadow boxing to improve fitness strength and boxing technique. This is taught by one of our specialist in-house trainers that have dedicated years to sports such as Muay Thai, Boxing & Kick boxing.

Cycle classes

Our group cycle classes boost cardiovascular fitness, strengthen the legs, and improve endurance and power output. With both 30 and 45 minute options, it is a powerful and efficient way to train your heart and lungs.

Toning classes

Toning classes use high-repetition exercises to build strength, endurance, and lean muscle. They are ideal for creating long, strong muscles and improving overall body tone. Our classes include:
