– Amanda Tooms-Peel Director of Vocational and Artistic Studies

“I first came to work for Reynolds at the Rainham club in 2004, since then I have studied at University and returned to the Reynolds Group at the Sittingbourne club and have gone from Fitness professional to Lead Coach. I truly believe that the Reynolds name stands for quality, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. I have worked at other health clubs and not one comes close to the service we offer at Reynolds. I have found the support from the Reynolds Group to be second to none and look forward to a long and exciting career ahead with a few new ventures in the future and opportunities to match.”

– Roi Larrett – Tutor/Personal trainer

“After 1 year, Reynolds put me forward to do level 3 Advanced Instructor/Personal Trainer courses which I passed and now do. I always wanted to teach Keiser Classes but never had the confidence but Reynolds believed in me and gave me my own classes which I’ve been doing for 2 years and still have a good client base. The management always believes in me and gives me belief to move forward in Reynolds. It is a great company to work for.”

– Martyn Neaves – Fitness Professional

“2 years ago I was looking for a more challenging and rewarding career and I was lucky enough to find employment at Reynolds Sittingbourne. Here I get to meet many new people and help them achieve their goals. I have learnt new social skills and lots of new training techniques and styles to benefit the members.

– Jadey Duffield – Fitness Professional

“I like working at Reynolds because it is an exciting, expanding company which doesn’t stand still and I enjoy being involved with ensuring the smooth & efficient running of my area, whilst meeting the new challenges which are developing.”

“I like working at Reynolds because it feels a creative place where I can be free and trusted to devise my own syllabus and concentrate on developing myself as a contemporary teacher and choreographer. There is a good atmosphere and I don’t feel stressed or unable to deliver. I always want to come to work and end the day feeling positive and energised. The students are interested, disciplined and open to my style which enables me to develop them as technical and expressive dancers in a safe, productive environment.”
