- Do you have a Beauty Therapy NVQ level 3 or Equivalent?

Basic Duties
- To ensure that all clients receive an efficient and a quality service during their treatments.
- Having extensive knowledge of our skin range and treatments we offer.
- Always maintain a clean and tidy treatment space.
- To work with the Regional Manager and Head Therapist to ensure every opportunity to increase revenue in the department is taken.
- Offer advice to customers on the product range.
- Maintain accurate consultation records.
- To ensure that stock levels in the department are kept to the required level and to inform the Senior Therapist of this.
- To act in a helpful public relations role to all members, keeping them informed of all available services and activities as well as upcoming events.
- To work as part of the team.
- Maintaining the safety and security of other staff, the customers, and premises always.
- Participate in staff training and development and communication meetings for which advance notice will be given.
- To set a shining example to all other members of the Spa team.
