An exciting opportunity has come up to join our Receptionist position at our flagship Spa
The Reynolds Retreat in Borough Green. Working under our Head of Reception & Head of
Member/Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of
Reception, Customer Service and Spa Bookings run smoothly, and ensuring all Spa
customer and client visits to the club run to the highest standard whilst providing an
excellent customer journey.
Job Specifications include but are not limited to:
- Complete Spa Bookings and ensure all reservations are properly made
- Working with our Regional Spa manager & Head of member/Customer Experience
- Manager to ensure that all beauty treatments and spa day enquiries are followed up
regularly - High quality spa tours and phone sales are always expected and be responsible for
high conversion rates - Complete weekly Gym Sales targets (Club Prospecting Software).
- Customer Complaints – ensure that all complaints received are recorded and
immediately passed to Club GM or Head Therapist – Club Manager, Spa Manager or
Head therapist. - Membership sales – high level tours, sign ups.
- New member calls.
- General receptionist duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
- Have experience in sales
- Availability to work early mornings, late evenings and weekends
- Great customer service skills and outstanding telephone manner
- Driving Licence
