Beauty Tutor
We are looking for an inspiring, dedicated teacher to join the Reynolds Team part time to teach levels 2/3 and level 4.

Responsible to: Beauty Programme Manager
The successful candidates will need to be flexible teaching levels 2,3,and potential level 4 have proven experience in teaching beauty qualifications. You will be expected to teach, nurture and support small cohorts enabling learners to reach their potential in an inclusive and creative environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible and available to teach day time with some evenings and Saturdays
Teaching, Learning and Assessment Responsibilities:
· To support the Beauty Programme Manager with the design, approval and review of the curriculum/scheme of work, as required.
· To assist the Beauty Programme Manager with required documentation and/or practical activities necessary to achieve successful awarding organisation (EQA) Visits and External Inspections, such as ESFA and Ofsted.
· To develop and deliver teaching, learning and assessments that challenge, engage and progress learners and their understanding of the subject, ensuring the best opportunity at achieving timely success.
· To develop and implement innovative teaching and assessment strategies to meet the diverse needs of the Learners.
· To actively monitor and track the progress and attendance of all learners.
· To ensure programmes are tailored to meet the individual needs of learners.
· To ensure lessons actively promote equality, diversity, British Values and Prevent to create an inclusive environment.
· To contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the beauty curriculum.
· To engage in continuous professional development (CPD) to stay current with education trends and best practices.
· To participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
To be successful in this role you will need:
· To be self-motivated and able to work both collaboratively and independently as part of a team.
· To have proven experience and results of teaching beauty therapy.
· Excellent classroom management skills.
· The ability to engage and motivate learners.
· To be flexible in approach to possible evening and weekend course delivery and assessment.
· A UK teaching qualification, such as DET, DTTLS or PGCE.
• Level 2 NVQ Diploma in beauty therapy
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in beauty therapy
• Level 3 NVQ Diploma in nail enhancements (desirable)
• Level 4 advanced beauty therapy qualification(desirable)
· A desirable UK assessors’ qualification, such as A1 or equivalent.
· A desirable UK Internal quality assurance qualification, such as V1 or equivalent.
· Outstanding subject knowledge combined with strong communication skills.
· Good IT skills, familiar with word and excel. Desirable in the use of Manage Assess as our working beauty platform.
