Our Christmas Spa Day Boxes are the perfect gift for a friend or family member!

The Couples Box consists of a choice of one treatment each, cream tea, full use of the facilities and a bag of treats. The Single Box consists of 2 treatments, afternoon tea, full use of the facilities and a bag of treats.

Each month we’re going to introduce you to some of our Reynolds team. This month we have our new Spa Manager, Danielle!

Danielle has a wealth of experience in beauty and pampering and is bringing her knowledge and positive personality to the Retreat.

She will be more than happy to answer any questions you have about our beauty treatments and the spa. If you see her around, be sure to say hello!


Become a Personal Trainer

BECOME A PERSONAL TRAINER

The Reynolds Training Academy is holding Open Days for our fitness courses on Wednesday 4th December 10am – 12pm, and Wednesday 15th January 10am – 12pm, at Reynolds Wellness Centre in Rainham.

We offer qualifications at Levels 2 and 3 in Personal Training, with opportunities to progress on to full or part time work at one of our gyms.

A Taste of Christmas

A TASTE OF CHRISTMAS

Our resident Naturopathic Nutritionist, Kiowa, will be running A Taste of Christmas workshop at Reynolds Retreat on Tuesday 10th December from 6pm – 7:30pm.

Join Kiowa to taste some delicious food, all healthier versions of Christmas treats, which you can serve throughout the festive period or even make as gifts for your loved ones! Kiowa will talk to you about why blood sugar balancing is important and go into detail about the wonderful health benefits of Christmas spices.

You will receive an e-book of recipes at the end of the event. All recipes are easy to make and gluten free. Please advise of any allergies at time of booking.

7 HERBAL TEAS YOU SHOULD DRINK

Herbal teas have been around for centuries, drunk throughout the world for their health-promoting properties. Let’s take a look at 7 herbal teas we think you should be drinking to promote your health!

Chamomile

Drinking a cup of chamomile tea before bed can help you relax and fall asleep quicker, leading to a good, long and uninterrupted night’s sleep.

Peppermint
