Suki has been a regular member with Reynolds for just over a year now and has made steady progress with his fitness regime. On his last personal training review he found he had lost another 3% body fat, lost 5 kilos in weight and has significantly increased his water intake.
Suki has now set himself a new goal of increasing his flexibility which he aims to achieve by including a Yoga class into his routine each week as well as new stretching exercises within his programme.
