“I joined Reynolds for the second time in 2009.
At first I didn’t really attend as much as I should have. I realise now that to lose weight and more importantly body fat, I need to attend 3 to 4 times a week.
I love the new rooms, equipment and instructors. I feel there is a new vibrancy in the gym now with the new classes. My favourite is the keiser cycling!
I found that before the refurbishment, although a lovely, friendly gym with excellent staff, now members tend to interact more and encourage each other.
Joining The Old Parsonage has had a positive impact on me as I am now a more confident person, from the results I am achieving in my weight loss and general health”.
Since joining Caroline has grown in confidence hugely! She has regular personal training reviews to check her fitness levels and for programme updates.
Recently Caroline has also been attending keiser classes and has done extremely well!
Caroline has lost a massive 15cm from her hips,
15cm from her waist,
12cm from her chest,
3cm from tops of her arms,
1cm from tops of the legs and 3.7kg body fat loss!
If you stay motivated it does work!
