Outdoor training can be part of a personal training plan, a group activity, or a solo activity, is suitable for all members and is available in a number of formats:
An army assault course is our toughest challenge and provides a hardcore workout.
For a less intimidating workout, you can walk or run around our outdoor track, which takes you in a circuit around the 17-acre grounds.
In the summer months members will be able to enjoy a range of outdoor classes on the lawn, including Yoga and Pilates.
