Ellie

Ellie

“My name is Ellie and I have been interested in keeping active in a fun way since I was very young, dancing from the age of 7 in a range of different styles. My passion for dance and theatre transferred into training from around the age of 16 as I discovered the benefits that exercise and strength training had. That is the most important part of training fundamentally, training to feel good in yourself, feel confident and boost your mood. This is something I am so passionate about! Making people feel good about themselves, setting and hitting new goals, from getting back into the pair of jeans that they have been wanting to, to achieving so many non-scale victories!”

Sam

“I’m Sam, I’ve been working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for nearly 10 years now. My biggest joy in this role is to start someone’s fitness journey from its beginning and take them right through until they are comfortable and happy in the gym environment.

Also working towards peoples’ personal goals, whether it’s a weight orientated goal or a certain challenge that people want to work towards. You’ll always see me in and around the gym so don’t shy away from asking any questions you might have.”

Joe

Joe

“Hi I’m Joe. I’ve been interested in staying healthy and active from a young age, and have been involved in sports such as football, hockey, and karate. I started going to the gym at the age of 16, where over the years I have gained knowledge of the fitness industry. I also have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, which I studied at university for 3 years. This has helped me gain much needed knowledge within many areas of personal training. I love helping others through personal training, whether that’s to achieve specific goals or to generally feel better about themselves through exercise. So if you see me around the gym, come and say hello and I’ll be happy to help you!”

Raphael

Raphael

“Hi, I’m Raphael, and I have been interested in keeping active for as long as I can remember. Since childhood I’ve been doing activities such as football, table tennis, athletics and even fencing. I believe you have to be physically and mentally happy with yourself, which is one of the main reasons I put myself onto a path of becoming a Personal Trainer. I did this not only for myself, but to help people I meet along the way, making them feel good and healthy and trying my best to make sure each client I take on reaches their goals and targets!”

“Hey I’m Ellie, and I decided to become a PT as I realised how much it not only improves your physical health but how much it improves your mental health. I also realised how much I enjoyed helping people and seeing them achieve their goals as well as my own. I want men and women to feel confident in the gym, to lift heavy, and fuel their bodies correctly, whilst breaking the mould that women should only do cardio and that the weights section is for the men. I believe that everyone should train in a way that they enjoy, not what they think they should be doing. I’m also a Level 4 qualified strength and conditioning coach, and a Level 3 sports massage therapist, so if you are training for something specific or need any help and advice, come and have chat! I’m here to help you smash your goals, hit those PB’s, celebrate the non scale victories and to feel confident in the gym and fall in love with fitness.”

“Hi! I have been enthusiastic about health and fitness since competing in sports and martial arts at a high level as a child. I now enjoy helping people realise their potential in fitness and strength goals. I specialise in technical weightlifting, CrossFit style training and indoor cycling. Find me at Reynolds Bexley and feel free to grab me for a chat if you wish to talk about how we can assess and develop your training to reach short and long term goals!”
