Get motivated and achieve At Reynolds your first four training sessions are one-to-one with your personal trainer, followed by regular personal training and review sessions. So no matter what your age, size or experience you can feel confident that you are being trained safely within your own limits while still achieving maximum benefit.

Excel and feel excitement If you already exercise on a regular basis our fitness professionals can design a unique and efficient programme that complements our state-of-the-art equipment to help you increase your fitness levels and improve your sporting performance. However, if you already follow a routine you are happy with you can, of course, continue to work with it.
   Our intermediate and advanced level programmes are ideal for individuals with medium to high fitness levels.

Get results and feel confident Visiting a new fitness club can be a little intimidating, but at Reynolds you will receive a warm, friendly welcome in a relaxed atmosphere that will soon make you feel right at home.
   During your introductory session with your personal fitness expert, your health, fitness needs and goals will be discussed at length, together with your medical and exercise history. You then receive a full fitness analysis, which ensures that your fitness programme is both appropriate and enjoyable.
   You will then work out on a one-to-one basis with your fitness instructor who will start you out at your own personal level. We will only increase your level when you are ready and you feel confident.
   Our beginners’ programmes are ideal for individuals with little or no exercise history or with any basic health risks or primary health issues.

Maximise your potentialIf you want to train for maximum sports performance or injury rehabilitation our fitness experts can design an exercise routine based around your chosen sport. This will target your specific strengths and fitness areas to maximise your ability within your chosen field.
   Our sports specific programmes can be tailored to any sport.

Stay motivated and progress • You can review your progress with your personal trainer at any time, but should you forget, we will remind you at regular intervals. This will help you keep on the right track to achieving your personal goals.
   Remember, our fitness professionals are there to give you as much or as little help as you require.
