| The
Chapel
After only 18 months The Chapel health and
fitness club already has a well established
clientele. Our one-to-one training
programmes and regular fitness assessments
help individuals achieve both short term and
long term goals.
Some recent achievements
Michelle Ellis lost 5 stones with the help of
our dedicated fitness team giving advice on
both exercise and nutrition.
Daniel Hannabus Raised money for the
Tsunami Disaster by completing a grueling 4
hour cardio workout (9.23 minutes on every
piece of cardio equipment) and managing
100 reps on all 14 fixed resistance machines;
a total of 1400 reps!!!
A Big well done to all our members who
took part in this years London marathon…
Especially to Alan Murphy (who raised over£100 through the
club), and Mick Cox (who completed the course while injured).
Good Luck to Mandy Brown who is going to
be walking 60 KM over 2 Days in
September to raise money for Break
Through Breast Cancer.

NEW group exercise timetable
The Chapel’s new group exercise timetable
has just taken effect with a great range of
classes to suite all levels. We have
introduced our two most popular classes,
Body Pump and Pilates, to also be available
on a Sunday… a great way to end the weekend!!! (see Classes page)
Look out for our new short courses, such as
Ceroc which will be available to non
members as well.
