fitness classes at The ChapelBODY CONDITIONINGBody conditioning is a class based around aerobics without all the high impact routines. A combination of different equipment is used to help tone and strengthen your muscles, from hand weights to resistant bands. A lot of work is focused on the stability and posture by helping to strengthen the abdominal and lower back muscles. This is a fun way to keep fit and shape up.


TUMS, BUMS & THIGHS
This is a floor-based class designed for everyone. This class focuses on the areas we as women work so hard to improve! This is a low impact class, but with
a high intensity workout to tone and shape the parts other classes can’t reach.


CIRCUIT
Circuit is a routine of exercises stationed around the room for each participant to master. This is the most complete all body workout ever.


BODY PUMP Body Pump is a choreographed class with set movements and routines carefully designed for you to fully enjoy. Body Pump uses barbells and hand weights, providing a good all round toning class for all levels and ablities.

TRI CLASS 20 minutes Aerobics, 20 minutes Step, 20 minutes resistance.Tri-Class offers a variety of exercises, and all over fitness and toning programme in one great lesson.


AEROBICS You can’t beat it the old skool is back! We run three different levels of classes to get your heart rate pumping.  Aerobics is an excellent way to improve your cardio fitness.

KOMBAT Punch out, kick out, release all that stress with our fun Kombat class designed for all. Master a hook, jab and uppercut, perfect a roundhouse and high kick. What a great way to release energy and get fit.


YogaSTEP An upbeat session based around the step box and choreographed to produce a fun action pack class for the more experienced stepper.


PILATES AND YOGA Pilates and Yoga are disciplines that are mastered through time
and commitment with the end results being
amazing! Both disciplines will help with
flexibility and core muscle strength, helping to
improve posture and body awareness, taught
in a relaxing and calming atmosphere.

Adult Jazz
Designed with everyone in mind, a combination of commercial and basic jazz style to suit all. So whether you are taking it up to keep fit or just want to dance this is the class for you!

Street Jazz An exciting and unique fusion where the 'groove' of hip-hop and r'n'b is mixed with a little old school and funk thrown in for good measure. Improve your dance skills and have fun to routines involving locking, popping, street style, and funk.
