"My husband and I have been members of Reynolds Sittingbourne since it first opened in March 2008, we attend various classes, receive personal training sessions and work out in the gym. We visit Reynolds 4 to 5 times a week on average.
We started weekly personal training sessions with Emma Mair in November 2008. We initially booked 10 sessions, but after week one we were both hooked and now we couldn't imagine life without her! Emma’s PT sessions are both tough and enjoyable and are specific to you - no two sessions are ever the same. She also writes exercise programmes for us to follow in-between PT sessions.
Gym instructor Jenna Smith gives us a thorough personal review every 3 months – these are an excellent indicators of how the training is changing the body. We have both lost good amounts of weight and inches (especially since November) and gained excellent health stats such as body fat content, blood pressure & resting heart rate."
