Bank Holiday Opening Times & Studio Classes

Yet another Bank Holiday! More time to fit in your training!

You may not be at work, but we are open for you (although slightly shorter opening hours).

All clubs have the following opening times:-

Monday 29th August 8am-5pm.

The ONLY studio classes the will run are:-

Rainham

• Keiser 9.30am – Gym Staff

Sittingbourne

• Keiser 9.00am – Martin
• Core Stability 10.am Martin

Bexley

• Keiser 8.15am – Ross
• ViPR 9.15am – Ross
• Yoga 10.00am – Ross
