How to Avoid Fitness Plateau

If you go to the gym regularly and stick to the same routine you may not be getting the best out of your work out.

Your body can adapt to a set routine within 6 to 8 weeks. This means you will no longer be getting the maximum benefit out of the time you spend at the gym.

It is important to keep challenging your body in order to increase fitness and strength. Vary your pace, intensity and distance and target different areas of your body.
