Bexley Member of the Month – Sue Whiting

This month our Bexley member’s award goes to Sue Whiting.

Sue has been a member at Bexley for five years and now visits the gym six days a week. She unfortunately had an accident in September 2013 which has left her with constant back pain and is now unable to work.

Sue uses the gym to lose weight and to build up her strength. She enjoys attending classes like Body Pump, Waterworks, Pilates and her aim is to get back to doing Spin (Keiser) classes again.

Swimming and Aqua classes have really helped and allowed Sue to exercise through the pain and to lose the weight which eases the stress on her joints.

She has also had nutrition sessions with Kathryn (Fitness Professional/Nutritionist) that have helped her lose weight and given her a lot of confidence.

“Reynolds has become my second home, staff and members are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Without the support from the staff I wouldn’t be where I am today”

Well done Sue, keep up the good work. I’m sure we will see Sue in a spin class soon!
