Job Purpose:
The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of cleanliness, keeping the club tidy, and keeping the club standards high.

Commitment to excellence:
All staff are expected to ensure that all the club members and customers, comfort, satisfaction, and wellbeing is catered for in a friendly and helpful manner at all times during their visits to the club.

Job Duties:

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• General Cleaning of the Club including female / male changing rooms, toilets, showers, and the general pool area.
• Making sure all laundry is cleaned and folded for our spa facilities.
• Keeping a professional manner at all times as members will also be in the club during working hours.
• General understanding of health and safety whilst cleaning.
• General upkeep of cleanliness around the club in all customer and staff areas.
• Keeping the outside area and carpark tidy and free of litter.
• Ensuring all communal areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

• Do you have a Beauty Therapy NVQ level 3 or Equivalent?

Basic Duties:

• To ensure that all clients receive an efficient and a quality service during their treatments.
• Having extensive knowledge of our skin range and treatments we offer.
• Always maintain a clean and tidy treatment space.
• To work with the Regional Manager and Head Therapist to ensure every opportunity to increase revenue in the department is taken.
• Offer advice to customers on the product range.
• Maintain accurate consultation records.
• To ensure that stock levels in the department are kept to the required level and to inform the Senior Therapist of this.
• To act in a helpful public relations role to all members, keeping them informed of all available services and activities as well as upcoming events.
• To work as part of the team.
• Maintaining the safety and security of other staff, the customers, and premises always.
• Participate in staff training and development and communication meetings for which advance notice will be given.
• To set a shining example to all other members of the Spa team.
